In order to use the Pal Baghel Matrimonial  Site ("Site"), you must register as a member of the Site ("Member"). 

The Member or any users using the Site agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). 

In order to use the the Pal Baghel Matrimonial  Site  Site ("Site") and  the BAGHEL.IN  Site  service ("Service"), you must register as a member of the Site ("Member") and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement") and follow the instructions in the Registration process.

[1] The Eligibility Criteria

To register as a member of Pal Baghel Matrimonial  (BAGHEL.IN) or use this Site, you must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males). The BAGHEL.IN site is only to facilitate personal advertisement for lawful matrimonial alliance between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject.

Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By registering with this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force or any order or decree or injunction from any court, tribunal or any such competent authority restraining you from entering into matrimony. You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

[2]Terms of Use by Members

[A] You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to Pal Baghel Matrimonial  . In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you.

Baghel.in reserve the right to Amend, Modify the Terms & Conditions of this Contract at any time without any prior notice to its Users. We may add, change, delete or end our service without any notice. The service may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons for which  the baghel.in shall not be held responsible.

[B] Pal Baghel Matrimonial  Site is for the personal use of individual members to advertise and promote their profiles for the purpose of generating Accepts from relevant matches and cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. 

This includes providing links to other web sites, whether deemed competitive to BAGHEL.IN or otherwise. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses cannot become Members of BAGHEL.IN and should not use the Baghel Matrimonial  Service or Site for any purpose. [D] Pal Baghel Matrimonial  Members are expected to exercise simple precautions for their privacy and safety. A suggestive guideline of such precautions is enlisted under "Security Tips". By becoming a Member you hereby agree to abide and adhere to the said Tips.

[E] Pal Baghel Matrimonial  Members who subscribe to the Pal Baghel Matrimonial  Select Service hereby, unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

[3] Content Posted on the Site

BAGHEL.IN OR PAL BAGHEL Matrimonial Services has the authority to delete any content, messages, photos or profiles that in the sole judgment of BAGHEL.IN OR PAL BAGHEL Matrimonial Services violate the Terms of Use or which might be objectionable, offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of the site or its Members.

Although BAGHEL.IN OR PAL BAGHEL Matrimonial Services cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect our Members from such advertising or solicitation, BAGHEL.IN OR PAL BAGHEL Matrimonial Services reserves the right to restrict the number of emails which a Member may send to other Members which BAGHEL.IN OR PAL BAGHEL Matrimonial Services deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

[7]Payment and Refund Issue :

•All the payments would be accepted on standard modes set by Baghel.in

•As we at BAGHEL.IN OR PAL BAGHEL Matrimonial Services keep up high interactions with our clients and carry out entire process with their approval thus there is no provision for any kind of full or partial refund. We clearly mention here that paid amount would not be refund in any circumstances.

•Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled as it is sent for processing immediately. Your personal preferences changed in the course of time, cannot serve a reason for refund or charge back.
